老芒麦不同品系种子萌发期耐盐性 被引量:7

Salt tolerance of seeds of different Elymus sibiricus lines at germination stage

摘要 为了解不同老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus L.)品系的耐盐性差异及培育耐盐老芒麦新品种,以老芒麦14个品系和1个审定品种的种子为试验材料,采用0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.2%和1.5%共6个浓度的NaCl溶液浸种,进行了发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、苗长、根长等指标测定。结果表明:1)随NaCl浓度增加,供试老芒麦材料的相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长和苗长整体表现为下降趋势,但0.2%~0.4%浓度NaCl处理对部分品系相对发芽率和发芽指数有一定的激发效应。2)与一元直线模型、二次多项式模型相比,三次多项式模型能更好地反映老芒麦相对发芽率随NaCl浓度而变化的趋势。3)综合相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长和苗长指标来看,14个品系中21号和9号品系的耐盐性优于当家品种农牧老芒麦,可在盐渍化程度偏高的地区推广种植。 Fourteen lines and one variety of Elymus sibiricus were used in this study to identify the salt tolerance characteristics of different lines,and in order to cultivate new variety with salt-tolerance,The seeds were soaked by different concentrations of NaCl solution(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.2%,1.5%)during their germination stage.The physiological indexes of relative germination rate,germination index,vigor index,length of seedling and length of root had been tested.The result detected that:1)With the increase of NaCl concentration,the relative germination rate,germination index,vigor index,root length and seedling length of E.sibiricus lines decreased,but the relative germination rate and germination index of some lines were induced by 0.2%-0.4%NaCl concentration.2)Compared with unary linear model and quadratic polynomial model,the cubic polynomial model could better reflect the trend of relative germination rate of E.sibiricus lines with NaCl concentration.3)Considering relative germination rate,germination index,vigor index,root length and seedling length,line of No.9 and No.21 have better salt resistance than Nongmu.They are more suitable for planting in areas with higher salinity.
