腹腔镜下阴道残端骶骨前纵韧带高位悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic High Suspension of Sacral Anterior Longitudinal Ligament at Vaginal Stump in the Treatment of Uterine Prolapse

目的:探究腹腔镜下阴道残端骶骨前纵韧带高位悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法:选择2012年2月—2022年2月罗定市人民医院收治的100例子宫脱垂患者,采用计算机随机法将患者分为两组,各50例。观察组采用腹腔镜下阴道残端骶骨前纵韧带高位悬吊术治疗,对照组采用阴宫+前后壁修复治疗。比较分析两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及术后1、2、3、4个月阴道残端水平和对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫脱垂患者选择腹腔镜下阴道残端骶骨前纵韧带高位悬吊术治疗,效果显著,值得研究和推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic high suspension of sacral anterior longitudinal ligament at vaginal stump in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Method: A total of 100 patients with uterine prolapse who treated in Luoding People’s Hospital from February 2012 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by computer randomization, 50 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic high suspension of sacral anterior longitudinal ligament at vaginal stump, the control group was treated with vaginal and uterus anterior and posterior wall repair. The efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed. Result: The total effective rate and vaginal stump level at 1, 2, 3, 4 months after operation of the observation group were compared with those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic high suspension of sacral anterior longitudinal ligament at vaginal stump is an effective method in the treatment of uterine prolapse, it is worth of studying and promoting.
