作为心血管疾病的高血压与内分泌疾病的2型糖尿病,二者具有共同的致病因素,常合并发生,且在我国的发病率呈逐年递增趋势。现代医学在此方面的治疗虽见效快,但易反复,并发症较多,而传统医学在此方面具有一定的优势,单用或者联合使用西药,不仅能有效缓解症状,控制并发症,还能较好地改善生活质量。现从病因病机、证型分布、治疗、中医护理、小结等五方面总结近年来中医药在此方面的研究进展,以为临床提供新的方法与思路。
