中药熏洗联合常规护理对肛周脓肿术后患者的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing Combined with Routine Nursing on Postoperative Patients with Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨中药熏洗联合常规护理对肛周脓肿术后患者的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2021年1月泗洪县中医院收治的104例肛周脓肿术后患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为常规组和观察组,各52例。常规组术后给予常规护理,观察组术后给予中药熏洗联合常规护理。比较两组术后恢复情况,术后15 d排便功能,临床疗效及术后并发症。结果:观察组术后住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。术后15 d,观察组排便功能优良率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合常规护理可促进肛周脓肿术后患者恢复,缩短住院时间,促进排便,效果显著,且降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with routine nursing on postoperative patients with perianal abscess. Method: A total of 104 postoperative patients with perianal abscess admitted to Sihong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into routine group and observation group, 52 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing after surgery, the observation group was given Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with routine nursing after surgery. The postoperative recovery condition, defecation function 15 d after surgery, clinical efficacy and complication after surgery were compared between the two groups. Result: The postoperative hospital stay and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05). At 15 d after surgery, the excellent and good rate of defecation function in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05), the incidence of complication was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with routine nursing can promote the recovery of postoperative patients with perianal abscess, shorten hospital stay,promote defecation, it has a significant effect, and reduce the incidence of complication.
