基于认知行为重建对青少年抑郁症患者的影响

Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Reconstruction on Adolescents with Depression

目的:探讨分析基于认知行为重建对青少年抑郁症患者的效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年2月福建省福州神经精神病防治院门诊接收的80例青少年抑郁症患者作为本研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为参照组和观察组,各40例。参照组采用舍曲林与盐酸氟西汀药物疗法,观察组在参照组基础上开展基于认知行为重建,对两组治疗有效率、抑郁评分情况进行研究比较。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.033)。治疗第4、8、12周,观察组的抑郁量表评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对青少年抑郁症患者实施基于认知行为重建,可以缓解患者负性情绪,提升治疗效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective: To study and analyze the effect of cognitive behavior reconstruction on adolescent patients with depression. Method: A total of 80 cases of adolescent depression received from the Outpatient Department of Fujian Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with Sertraline and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride. The observation group carried out cognitive behavior reconstruction on the basis of the reference group. The treatment efficiency and depression score of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant( χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.033). At the 4th, 8th and 12th week of treatment, the depression scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion: The implementation of cognitive behavior reconstruction for adolescent depression patients can alleviate their negative emotions and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical reference.
