This paper expounds the concepts of smart library,5G technology and big data technology,summarizes the opportunities brought by 5G and big data to the library field,and on this basis,analyzes the ideas of intelligent construction of public libraries under the background of 5G and big data.I hope this research can provide some inspiration for the construction of smart libraries.
