活血散风针刺法辅助治疗对老年卒中合并高血压患者神经肢体功能、血压和生活质量的影响

Effect of Activating Blood and Dispersing Wind Acupuncture Adjuvant Therapy on Nerve Limb Function, Blood Pressure and Quality of Life in Elderly Stroke Patients with Hypertension

目的:研究活血散风针刺法辅助治疗老年卒中合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月南京安康通医院收治的80例老年卒中合并高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为试验组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组给予硝苯地平药物治疗+醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予活血散风针刺法治疗。比较两组血压水平、神经及肢体功能、生活质量差异。结果:试验组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后简版脑卒中患者专用生存质量质量表(SS-QOL)中身体健康、社会心理健康相关生活质量评分及总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血散风针刺法辅助治疗老年卒中合并高血压患者有积极效果,血压得到有效控制的同时神经功能及肢体功能得到显著改善,生活质量显著提升。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of activating blood and dispersing wind acupuncture in the adjuvant treatment of elderly stroke patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 80 elderly stroke patients with hypertension who admitted to Nanjing Ankangtong Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the test group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by random number table.The control group was treated with Nifedipine+awakening and resuscitation acupuncture,the test group was treated with activating blood and dispersing wind acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure level,nerve and limb function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the test group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health stroke scale score(NIHSS)of the test group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of quality of life related to physical health and social and psychological health in the short version of the stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)in the test group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The activating blood and dispersing wind acupuncture in the adjuvant treatment of elderly stroke patients with hypertension has a positive effect, the blood pressure of patients is effectively controlled, the neurological function and limb function are significantly improved, and the quality of life is significantly improved.
