摘要
目的:探讨高流量吸氧治疗结合整体化护理用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月厦门市第一医院收治的78例COPD患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予高流量吸氧治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予整体化护理。观察两组生活质量、治疗效果。结果:两组干预前生活质量评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后生理健康、心理健康、周围环境、社会关系评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%,优于对照组的84.62%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高流量吸氧治疗结合整体化护理干预可改善COPD患者生活质量,提高干预效果,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of high flow oxygen therapy combined with holistic nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:Seventy-eight patients with COPD who treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,39 patients in each group.The control group was given high flow oxygen therapy combined with routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and treatment effect of two groups were observed.Result:There were no significant differences in the quality of life scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the scores of physical health,mental health,surrounding environment and social relations in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was better than 84.62%of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:High flow oxygen therapy combined with holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of COPD patients,and improve the effect of intervention,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
