益肾汤联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果

Effect of Yishen Decoction Combined with Bailing Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:分析益肾汤联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的效果。方法:选取2016年12月—2021年12月常熟市中医院(新区医院)收治的100例CRF患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规临床治疗,观察组在此基础上给予益肾汤联合百令胶囊。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、炎症及肾功能指标。结果:治疗后,两组中医症候积分均显著降低,观察组中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著降低,且观察组IL-6、MCP-1、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平均低于对照组,肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾汤联合百令胶囊能够有效改善CRF患者的疾病症状,减轻患者炎症反应,改善肾功能情况,临床效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Yishen Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:A total of 100 patients with CRF admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(New Distric Hospital)from December 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical treatment,and the observation group was given Yishen Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules on this basis.The TCM symptom score,inflammation and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of IL-6,MCP-1 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of creatinine clearance(Ccr)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules can effectively improve the symptoms of CRF patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,and improve the renal function condition.The clinical effect is good.
