基于CNL模型的高速公路差异化收费模式研究

Research on Differentiated Toll Mode of Expressway Based on CNL Model

以湖北省汉宜高速为例,采用CNL模型对影响车辆出行的因素进行了测定,并通过SP调查的方式进行了问卷调查,将相关的资料进行综合,结果表明:在高速公路差别收费方案进行评估时,应当根据不同时段的差别收费模式,选择适合的收费方案,并通过优化和完善,从而提高本地区公路行业的运营效率。

Taking Hanyi Expressway in Hubei Province as an example,the factors that affect vehicle travel are measured by CNL model,and the relevant data are synthesized by questionnaire survey through SP survey,the results show that:When evaluating the differential toll scheme of expressway,we should choose the appropriate toll scheme according to the differential toll mode of different time periods,and improve the operation efficiency of the local road industry by optimizing and perfecting the scheme.
