Skylodge is a 5,500-square-foot event center sited on a 10,000-acre ski mountain in Utah.In an unprecedented development move, the event center serves as catalyst for a sustainable, denselyplanned residential village.Designed using a modular and prefabricated construction, the design-build was shortened to 5 months.Modules, based on the 100-square foot triangle, were fitted with finishes, mechanical and electrical simultaneously to site preparation.Installation of the 6 modules took place over 2 days in January, resulting in a plan of molecule-like geometry with two rotundas, connected at the core.
