DPF降怠速再生影响因素研究

摘要 基于降怠速(Drop-To-Idle DTI)再生的特点,运用试验手段分析了降怠速再生时颗粒捕捉器(DPF)内部温度场分布,研究了不同碳载量下和不同时刻进入降怠速工况主动再生对DPF内部最高温度的影响。结果表明:随着碳载量的增加,降怠速工况再生DPF内部载体最高温度变高,DPF载体损坏风险变大,同时降怠速工况再生DPF内部载体的最高温度受进入降怠速工况的时刻影响。 Based on drop-to-idle regeneration characteristics of diesel particulate filter(DPF),the distribution of temperature field inside the DPF during the active regeneration at drop-to-idle opening mode is analyzed by means of test, and the influence of active regeneration at different carbon loads and different times entering drop-to-idle opening mode on the maximum temperature inside the DPF is studied.The results show that with the increase of the carbon load, the maximum temperature of the DPF carrier at drop to idle regeneration increases, and the risk of damage to the iesel particulate filter carrier increases. And the maximum temperature of the carrier inside the diesel particulate filter at drop to idle regeneration is affected by the time when it enters the drop to idle opening mode condition.
