摘要
针对某四缸直列轻型柴油机,前端轮系皮带抖动超限和张紧轮摆角大等问题进行分析,提出加大张紧轮阻尼比和发电机应用OAD皮带轮等方案对轮系进行改进。经仿真计算,结果显示改进方案有效,可以解决前端轮系相关问题;在试验台架进行发动机轮系功能复测,测试合格。改进后的轮系进行发动机轮系耐久,以及整车轮系试验等验证均通过。为发动机轮系开发提供指导和设计依据。
Analyze the light engine wheel system for belt shaking overrun and tension pulley swing angle overrun. Through increasing tension pulley damping ratio and OAD pulley of generator to improve the engine wheel system.The simulation results show that the improvement is effective and can solve relevant problems.The wheel system function test at engine platform is passed.The wheel system endurance test and the wheel system test on the automobile are also passed.It provides guidance and design basis for engine wheel system development and design.
