基于线控底盘的线控BCM系统设计与实现

摘要 本文简单介绍了线控底盘和BCM的功能,描述了智能驾驶车辆现有线控底盘系统架构,并针对现有架构提出了一种优化后的系统架构和智能控制策略,即将BCM控制器集成于线控底盘控制器中,人工模式与自动驾驶模式下的相关需求驱动仲裁,测试结果表明该系统及开发的控制策略不仅实现了线控底盘控制器的通信、安全冗余等功能、同时也实现了对于智能驾驶汽车特别重要的线控功能,降低了整车上的通信负载率,提高了整车上控制器的集成性,降低了整车生产成本。 This paper briefly introduces the function of the drive-by-wire chassis and BCM, describe the intelligent vehicle drive-by-wire existing chassis system architecture, and puts forward an optimized in view of the existing structure of the system architecture and intelligent control strategy, the BCM controller integrated in wire control chassis controller, manual mode and automatic driving mode of the relevant demand arbitration, Test results show that the system and the development control strategy not only realizes the drive-by-wire chassis controller communications function redundant security function, and other functions, but also realizes line control function for the intelligent vehicle, decrease the rate of the traffic load on the vehicle, to improve the integration of the controller of a vehicle, reduce the production cost of the vehicle.
