汽车线束切刀机构的设计与开发

摘要 线束是汽车内部的“血管”,遍布于汽车的各个角落;线束的剥皮和切断是汽车线束工艺的二个重要部分,目前各大线束企业主要采用的是气缸、电机驱动切刀上下动作,实现剥皮和切断等工艺,但实际上都存在剥皮长度误差大、切断线束内部股丝和切断口倾斜角过大等现象。本文将基于伺服电机驱动,设计出一种体积紧凑、工作效率高的切刀机构,包含滚珠丝杆双向机构、上下刀架、剥皮刀片、切断刀片、切头刀片、收集箱组件等,可满足多种规格线束实现精准稳定长度剥皮和切断,且不伤导体,效率高并提升线束下线质量。 The harness is the "blood vessel" inside the car, which is distributed in all corners of the car;The stripping and cutting of wire harness are two important parts of the process of automobile wire harness. At present, the major wire harness enterprises mainly use the cylinder and motor driven cutter to move up and down to achieve stripping and cutting. However, in fact, there are large errors in the stripping length, excessive strands in the wire harness and excessive inclination angle of the cutting port. This paper will design a compact and efficient cutter mechanism based on servo motor drive, including ball screw two-way mechanism, upper and lower tool holders, peeling blades, cutting blades, cutting head blades, collection box components, etc., which can meet the requirements of multiple specifications of wire harnesses to achieve accurate and stable length peeling and cutting, without damaging the conductor, high efficiency and improve the offline quality of wire harnesses.
