轻型工业燃气轮机燃气阀故障分析与校验实践

摘要 轻型工业燃气轮机常用于海上采油平台作为发电使用,燃气轮机通常采用燃气和燃油双燃料模式,并且多数时候均采用油田的伴生天然气作为燃料以降低燃料成本。所以在燃气轮机的燃料气流程中,天然气控制阀调节燃气流量就是机组运行控制中至关重要的一环。本文主要分析当燃气阀出现故障后,如何进行故障分析排查,以及对燃气阀进行校验检查的技术实践。 Light industrial gas turbines are usually used in offshore oil production platforms as power generation. Gas turbines usually use gas and fuel dual fuel mode, and most of the time use the associated natural gas of the oil field as fuel to reduce the fuel cost. Therefore, in the fuel gas process of gas turbine, the regulation of gas flow by natural gas control valve is a crucial link in unit operation control. This paper mainly analyzes how to conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting when the gas valve fails, as well as the technical practice of calibration and inspection of the gas valve.
