摘要
为了培养适应汽车行业高速高质量发展的技术技能人才,从汽车职业教育人才供给水平滞后于企业岗位能力要求的矛盾出发,借鉴工单制教学模式,依托产业学院平台,开展在汽车类专业技能人才培养的探索。在专业核心课程的成功实践表明:该模式能够明显提高学生学习积极性、职业素养和自主探究能力,具有很强的实践性,从而为工单制教学模式的进一步推广提供借鉴。
In order to cultivate technical skills talents who can adapt to the high-speed and high-quality development of the automotive industry, Based on the problems faced by automotive vocational education, This paper discussed the application and reform effect of the work order system teaching mode in the core courses of automotive majors, and provided reference for the further promotion of the work order system teaching mode.
