摘要
部分气体报警器由于受安装位置的限制,在检定时存在不可控制的安全和环境风险,容易造成财产损失和威胁人身安全,同时由于受环境及条件的影响,还容易造成检定数据不准确。新型车载移动式气体报警器检定装置主要由移动实验室和电动手推式便携车两大部分组成,移动实验室以新能源箱式车为依托,箱体充当移动实验室的主体框架,移动实验室按照气体报警器检定规程控制好环境温湿度,移动实验室内装有实验操作台,环境温湿度控制仪,用于控制移动实验室内的环境温湿度,达到了将实验室与生产现场恶劣环境的有效隔离,形成了一个移动的实验室,移动实验室内装有能有效拆装的电动手推式检定装置,对能进入车辆的企业现场进行实验室环境检定,而对装置、罐区、多层平台等车辆无法进出的区域,通过拆装移动实验室内的电动手推式便携车后,实现轻便、灵活、自由出入的在线检定,该检定方法通过实验并给出了符合检定规程的修正值。
Due to the limitation of installation location,some gas alarms have uncontrollable safety and environmental risks during verification,which is easy to cause property loss and personal safety.At the same time,due to the influence of environment and conditions,it is also easy to cause inaccurate verification data.The new vehicle mounted mobile gas alarm verification device was mainly composed of mobile laboratory and electric hand-held portable car.The mobile laboratory was based on the new energy box car,and the box acted as the main frame of the mobile laboratory.The mobile laboratory controlled the ambient temperature and humidity according to the verification regulations of gas alarm.The mobile laboratory was equipped with experimental console and ambient temperature and humidity controller.It was used to control the environmental temperature and humidity in the mobile laboratory,so as to effectively isolate the laboratory from the harsh environment of the production site,forming a mobile laboratory.The mobile laboratory was equipped with an electric hand-operated push verification device that could be disassembled effectively.It could verify the laboratory environment of the enterprise that could enter the vehicle,but for the areas that could not be accessed by vehicles such as devices,tank farms and multi-layer platforms.After disassembling and assembling the electric hand push portable vehicle in the mobile laboratory,the portable,flexible and free access can be realized,and the on-line verification can be realized.The verification method passes the experiment and gives the correction value in line with the verification regulation.
