基于GPRS电梯限速器校验关键数据远程传输系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低电梯检验员人员现场检验时长,提高检验人员工作效率,设计了以GPRS为通信网络的限速器校验远程数据传输系统,用以替代检验人员现场确认观察限速器校验。系统以STM32F103RBT6微处理器为主控芯片,配合4G模块EC20、霍尔接近开关搭建系统硬件平台。通过STM32定时器及霍尔接近开关实现限速器转速脉冲信号采集,采用计时法对采集的脉冲信号进行脉冲周期计算,经转速与线速度关系换算实现电梯限速器线速度的测量,然后通过4G模块EC20、MQTT协议将限速器校验速度值传输至OneNET服务器,最后借助OneNETview可视化界面实现人机交互。通过PC端登录OneNET云端,可实现实时查看限速器校验速度值。系统经过反复测试运行,系统运行速度快,易操作,能够实现限速器校验结果速度值的远程传输、存储和显示功能。 In order to reduce the on-site inspection time of elevator inspectors and improve the work efficiency of inspectors,a long-distance data transmission system for speed limiter verification with GPRS as the communication network was designed,it was used to replace the inspection personnel to confirm and observe the speed limiter calibration on site.The system used STM32F103RBT6 microprocessor as the main control chip,cooperated with 4G module EC20 and Hall proximity switch to build system hardw-are platform.The speed limiter speed pulse signal acquisition was realized through STM32 timer and Hall proximity switch,calculated the pulse period of the collected pulse signal by timing method,the linear speed measurement of the elevator speed limiter was realized by converting the relationship between the rotational speed and the linear speed,then,the speed limiter verification speed value was transmitted to the OneNET server through the 4G module EC20and MQTT protocol,and finally human-computer interaction was realized with the help of the OneNETview visual interface.Logging in to the OneNET through the PC terminal realized real-time viewing of the speed limiter verification speed value.After repeated testing and operation,the system runs fast and is easy to operate,it can realize the functions of remote transmission,storage and display of the speed value of the speed limiter verification result.
