摘要
高层电梯综合防雷系统包括建筑物外部防雷措施和内部电梯防雷措施,由建筑物主体结构的接闪器、引下线、接地装置、电梯空间屏蔽、共用接地系统、设备屏蔽、安全隔离、等电位连接、合理布线、浪涌保护等措施构成。为了保障高层电梯在恶劣气象环境下仍能安全运行,减少电梯雷电灾害事故,结合福建省高层电梯雷击灾害的案例,在《建筑物防雷设计规范》、《建筑物电子信息系统防雷技术规范》的基础上,开展高层建筑物电梯雷击调查及防护技术研究,从源头上找出电梯可能存在的雷击风险,从电梯机房及井道的土建结构设计施工、电梯供电电源的设计施工,到电梯产品的设计、现场安装,建立一整套完善的高层建筑物电梯综合防雷设计方案,给出了雷电防护整改措施,完善电梯综合防雷系统。研究结果表明所提的高层电梯综合防雷系统更能有效提高电梯抗击雷击能力,确保了电梯在雷雨季节恶劣气象条件下仍能安全可靠运行。
The comprehensive lightning protection system for high-rise elevators includes the external lightning protection measures of the building and the internal lightning protection measures of the elevator,which are composed of measures such as lightning connectors,lead down lines,grounding devices,elevator space shielding,shared grounding systems,equipment shielding,safety isolation,equipotential connection,reasonable wiring,and surge protection of the main structure of the building.In order to ensure that high-rise elevators can still operate safely under adverse weather conditions and reduce elevator lightning disaster accidents,this paper,combining with the case of high-rise elevator lightning disaster in Fujian province,carries out lightning strike investigation and protection technology research on high-rise building elevators based on the"Building Lightning Protection Design Specifications"and"Building Electronic Information System Lightning Protection Technical Specifications",and finds out the possible lightning strike risk of elevators from the source,From the design and construction of the civil structure of the elevator machine room and hoistway,the design and construction of the elevator power supply,to the design and on-site installation of the elevator products,a complete set of comprehensive lightning protection design scheme for the elevator of high-rise buildings has been established,and the lightning protection rectification measures have been given to improve the comprehensive lightning protection system for the elevator.The research results show that the comprehensive lightning protection system for high-rise elevators proposed in this paper can effectively improve the ability of the elevator to resist lightning strikes,and ensure that the elevator can still operate safely and reliably under the severe weather conditions in the thunderstorm season.
