残疾问题是国际社会高度关注的问题.制定科学的残疾人事业发展政策并有效实施,需要高质量残疾统计数据的支持.使用多模态数据,充分融合残障群体生理、心理、社会发展状况,为学界提供高质量的残疾人发展研究数据库,对深入研究残疾人发展具有重要意义.本文从数据库建设角度出发,充分梳理了多模态数据库在残障统计中的应用,提出了残障统计信息化建设面临的主要问题、解决对策及应用前景.

Disability is a matter of great concern by the international society.The formulation and effective implementation of scientific policies for the development of disabled people industry require the support of high-quality disability statistics.The use of multimodal data,fully integrating the physical,psychological and social development status of disabled groups,and providing high-quality research databases on the development of disabled people for the academic community are of great significance for in-depth study of the development of disabled people.From the perspective of database construction,this paper fully sorts out the application of multimodal database in disability statistics,and puts forward the main problems,solutions and application prospects of disability statistics informatization construction.
