摘要
KLD-2Z型薄板筒式烘丝机是国内诸多卷烟厂在使用的干燥设备之一,生产过程中存在人为调控频繁的问题,每批次调节次数达近百次.为此,研究人员通过以娇子(五粮醇香)烟丝为对象结合判定指标试验出新的操作控制方法,并分析了烘丝机前、后馈控制及影响工艺指标的因素,本文就上述问题展开具体论述.
Type KLD-2Z thin-plate cylinder cut tobacco dryer is one of the drying equipment used in many cigarette factories in China,and there is a problem of frequent artificial regulation in the production process,and the number of regulations per batch reaches nearly 100 times.Therefore,the researchers conduct experiments with a new operation control method by using Pride(Wuliang Chunxiang)tobacco as the object and combining the determination index,and analyze the feed-forward feed-backward control of the cut tobacco dryer and the factors affecting the process index.
