沥青混凝土路面关键施工技术应用研究——以杭州市闲林东路为例

Research on Application of Key Construction Technology of Asphalt Concrete Pavement - Exampleof Xianlin East Road in Hangzhou

根据我国沥青路面工程施工特色,以杭州市闲林东路升级改造的沥青混凝土道路项目为基础,探讨了其施工过程的技术工艺、控制施工的关键质量点,从沥青混凝土路面施工材料比选、实验确定混合骨料的配合比、施工过程中的关键技术要点,以及如何保证施工质量等四个角度展开探讨.闲林东路升级改造工程的顺利验收及通车的成功施工经验可为后续类似工程提供参考经验.

Based on the construction characteristics of asphalt pavement engineering,based on the upgraded and reconstructed asphalt concrete road project of Xianlin East Road in Hangzhou city,this paper discusses the technical process in construction process and the key quality points of construction control.The discussion is based on four aspects:asphalt concrete pavement construction material selection,mix aggregate proportion determined by experiments,key technical points in the construction process and how to ensure the construction quality.The successful construction experience of smooth acceptance and opening to traffic of Xianlin East Road upgrading and reconstruction project can provide reference and experience for subsequent similar projects.
