建筑设计在建筑工程建设中具有重要地位,其是后续施工顺利开展的重要基础.但当前的建筑设计与城市规划存在一定矛盾,致使设计工作的社会效益与经济效益降低.因此,为有效规避因设计工作不协调而产生的负面问题,全面提高建筑设计水平,本文通过调查与分析,围绕新形势下城市规划与建筑设计具有的关联性展开探讨,并对其存在的问题及应对措施进行探讨,以期可以为业内人员开展工作提供可靠依据.

Architectural design plays an important role in the construction of building engineering,and it is an important foundation for the smooth implementation of subsequent construction.However,there is a certain contradiction between the current architectural design and urban planning,resulting in the reduction of the social and economic benefits of the design work.Therefore,in order to effectively avoid the negative problems caused by the uncoordinated design work and comprehensively improve the level of architectural design,this paper discusses the correlation between urban planning and architectural design under the new situation through investigation and analysis,and discusses its existing problems and countermeasures,so as to provide a reliable basis for the work of staff in the industry.
