在快速的城市化发展进程中,许多废弃的工业遗产没有得到很好的改造.同时早期计划生育政策的实行,使得人口老龄化严重,当今社会迫切需要各种针对老年人的服务兴起.本文分析当今工业遗产改造现状并结合绿色建筑的理念,将工业遗产改造与养老问题进行结合,提出相应的设计改造方法.

In the process of rapid urbanization development,many abandoned industrial heritage has not been well transformed.At the same time,the implementation of the early family planning policy has caused serious population aging,and the current society urgently needs the rise of various services for the elderly.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial heritage transformation,combines the industrial heritage transformation with pension issues in the concept of green building,and proposes corresponding design and transformation methods.
