浅析大跨度单元式GRG吊顶提升安装技术在山地施工中的研究应用

摘要 随着我国建筑行业的蓬勃发展,吊挂作为工程建设中必不可少的重要设施,其主要作用是将上部结构物与下部基础进行连接.提升施工过程中对吊塔起升高度及安装质量控制尤为关键.本文结合大跨度单元式桥梁整体布置特点和实际工况要求提出了适用于此施工范围内GRG吊顶施工技术方案以及实施措施,以期提高该工程吊顶安装施工的适用性和可靠性,并为类似工程提供参考借鉴意义. With the vigorous development of China’s construction industry,hanger is an indispensable important facility in engineering construction,its main role is to connect the superstructure with the lower foundation.The lifting height and installation quality control of the hoisting tower during the hoisting construction process is particularly critical.Based on the overall layout characteristics of long-span unit-type bridges and the actual working conditions,this paper puts forward the technical scheme and implementation measures applicable to the GRG ceiling construction within this construction scope,so as to improve the applicability and reliability of the ceiling installation construction of the project,and provide reference significance for similar projects.
