近年来,我国房地产装修行业逐步朝着专业化、精细化及产业化的方向发展,加上大众物质生活水平的显著提高,使之对住宅装修质量、成本等方面提出了更高的要求.而大规模定制作为一种新的建筑装修方式,通过结合客户的个性化需求,以接近大批量生产的效率与成本来定制相应的产品和提供相应的服务,从而提高客户对住宅装修的满意度,节省装修成本.本文主要探究如何发挥大规模定制的应用优势,来推动住宅装修产业化.

In recent years,China’s real estate decoration industry has gradually developed towards the direction of specialization,refinement and industrialization,coupled with the significant improvement of the public’s material living levels,which has put forward higher requirements for the quality and cost of house decoration.As a novel building decoration method,large-scale customization can combine the individual needs of customers to customize corresponding products and provide corresponding services by approaching the efficiency and cost of full-scale production,so as to improve customer satisfaction with house decoration and save decoration costs.This paper mainly explores how to give full play to the application advantages of large-scale customization and promote the industrialization of house decoration.
