联合助滤剂对高泥化煤泥水助滤效果影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善选煤厂高泥化煤泥水的过滤脱水效果,以鸡西某选煤厂高泥化煤泥水为研究对象,煤泥样品不仅粒度细、灰分高,而且含有大量粘土类矿物杂质,致使煤泥在水中易泥化,泥化现象使煤泥微细颗粒大量增加,严重影响煤泥过滤脱水效果。研究采用凝聚剂型助滤剂CaCl_(2)、MgCl_(2)和不同类型、不同分子量的PAM进行联合用药,探索联合用药对煤泥水助滤效果的影响。试验结果表明:在一定试验条件下,凝聚剂型助滤剂选择CaCl_(2)效果好于MgCl_(2),CaCl_(2)与不同分子量的HPAM联合用药时,CaCl_(2)和分子量为800万的HPAM进行联合试验效果最佳。 In order to improve the filtration and dehydration effect of extremely sliming coal slime water in a coal preparation plant,the extremely sliming coal slime water in a coal preparation plant in Jixi is taken as the research object in this study.The coal slime sample not only has fine particle size and high ash content but also contains a large number of clay mineral impurities,which makes the coal slime easy to be slimed in water.The sliming phenomenon increases the fine particles of the coal slime,and seriously affects the filtering and dehydration effect of the coal slime.In this paper,coagulant type filter aid CaCl_(2)and MgCl_(2)and PAM of different types and molecular weights were used in combination to explore the effect of the combination of different reagents on the filtration of coal slime water.The test results show that under certain test conditions,CaCl_(2)is better than MgCl_(2)as a coagulant type filter aid.When CaCl_(2)is combined with HPAM with different molecular weights,the combination of CaCl_(2)and HPAM with a molecular weight of 8 million has the best effect.
