全民健身活动现实检视与纾解路径研究

Research on Realistic Reflection,Restriction Factors and Sustainable Development of National Fitness

采用文献资料法、对比分析法等分析我国全民健身转型的必要性和可行性,对全民健身取得的“体育场地已超过397.14万个”“社会体育指导员超过200万人”“全国全民健身站点平均已达到每万人3个”等成绩进行分析与反思,结果认为,“全民健身”活动背后存在全民健身软硬系统建设脱节、群众体育发展资源垄断、医疗健康干预存在理念误区等不足。在此基础上,结合E时代数字体育发展趋势,提出全民健身纾解路径:公益事业与体育产业融合化、全民健身工程入户细致化、体育职能部门核心业务扁平化,以期运用理论研究促进全民健身顶层设计。

This research analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of national fitness in China by using the literature method and comparative analysis method,and analyzes the achievements of national fitness,such as"more than 3,971,400 sports venues","more than 2 million social sports instructors"and"the average number of national fitness station has reached 3 per 10,000 people".The results concluded that there is a disconnection between the construction of soft and hard systems for national fitness,monopolization of resources for national fitness development,and misconceptions about medical and health interventions.Combined with the development trend of digital sports in the E era,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the sustainable development of national fitness:the integration of public welfare and sports industry,the detailed entry of national fitness project,and the flat core business of sports functional departments,so as to promote the top-level design of national fitness through theoretical research of expectation.
