大豆根长QTL的Meta分析及候选基因挖掘

摘要 为根据已有研究成果进一步得到大豆根长相关QTL,以不同来源的50个大豆根长相关QTL为基础,利用Biomercator 4.2软件的映射功能,以soymap2为参考图谱,根据原始图谱的共有标记得到一致性图谱,对得到的一致性图谱进行Meta分析。结果表明:获得11个大豆根长相关的通用QTL,分布在A1、B1、B2、C2、D1a、F、K和N共8个连锁群上,有7个通用QTL图距均小于10 cM,B1连锁群上通用QTL图距仅为0.18 cM。利用11个通用QTL置信区间来进行基因注释,筛选到5个与大豆根长密切相关的基因,分别参与根部跨膜运输和植物激素的合成。 In order to further obtain the QTL related to soybean root length according to the existing research results, based on 50 QTL related to soybean root length from different sources, the mapping function of Biomercator 4.2 software was used, and soymap2 was used as the reference map, and the consensus was obtained according to the common markers of the original map. Meta-analysis was performed on the obtained consistency map. Meta-analysis was performed on the obtained consistency map. The results showed that 11 universal QTLs related to soybean root length were obtained, which were distributed on 8 linkage groups of A1, B1, B2, C2, D1 a, F, K and N. The map distances of 7 universal QTLs were all less than 10 cM. The universal QTL map distance on the B1 linkage group was only 0.18 cM. Using 11 universal QTL confidence intervals for gene annotation, five genes closely related to soybean root length were screened, which were involved in root transmembrane transport and phytohormone synthesis, respectively.
