蝇蛆粉对仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标及经济效益的影响 被引量:2

Effect of fly maggot powder on growth performance,serum immunological indexes and economic benefits of piglets

摘要 试验研究蝇蛆粉对仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标、肠道消化酶活性、肠道微生物数量和养殖经济效益的影响。选取360头仔猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15头仔猪。A组(对照组)、B组、C组、D组分别使用蝇蛆粉替代仔猪基础日粮中0、50%、75%、100%比例的鱼粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,D组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著提升(P<0.05),试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著升高(P<0.05),C组与D组仔猪血清肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。B组、C组、D组脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。C组、D组仔猪大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。C组、D组每头仔猪利润分别比对照组低17.91元、30.98元。研究表明,使用适量蝇蛆粉替代仔猪日粮中鱼粉对仔猪生长性能无负面影响,可以提高机体免疫能力及消化酶活性,有助于维护仔猪肠道健康,建议在仔猪日粮中使用蝇蛆粉替代日粮中50%的鱼粉。 The experiment was to study the effect of myimaggot meal on performance, serum immune indices, intestinal digestive enzyme activity, intestinal microbial quantity and economic benefits of breeding piglets. A total of 360 piglets were randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in group and 15 piglets in each replicate. The piglets in group A(control group), group B, group C and group D were fed with myimaggot meal instead of 0, 50%, 75% and 100% fish meal in basal diet of piglets, respectively. The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the serum immunoglobulin G content of piglets in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05), the serum immunoglobulin A content of piglets in experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the serum tumor necrosis factor-α content of piglets in group C and group D was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The activitiy of lipase and protease in group B, group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05). The number of E.coli in group C and group D was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The profit per piglet in group C and group D was 17.91 yuan and 30.98 yuan lower than that in control group, respectively. The experiment indicates that the replacement of fish meal with an appropriate amount of myiasis meal has no negative effect on the growth performance of piglets, which can promote the immune capacity and digestive enzyme activity of piglets, is conducive to maintaining intestinal health of piglets. It is recommended to replace 50% fish meal with myiasis meal in piglets’ diet.
