艾叶的活性成分、功效及其在动物饲养中的应用研究进展

Research progress of active ingredients, efficacy and application in animal feeding of Artemisia argyi Folium

艾叶具有散寒止痛、温经止血的作用,价廉且毒性较低,广泛应用于医疗、畜牧、食品等领域。艾叶含有挥发油、黄酮类、三萜类、多糖类、苯丙素等多种活性成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、止血、抗凝血、抗氧化、消炎利胆等多种生物活性功能。艾叶在猪、牛、羊、兔、鸡、鱼等动物的饲养与疾病预防方面已经得到广泛应用。文章综述中药艾叶的活性成分、功效及其在动物养殖中的应用,以期为艾叶在动物饲养中的应用与推广提供参考。

Artemisiae argyi Folium has the functions of dispersing cold, relieving pain, warming the meridians and stopping bleeding, which is cheap, widely used, low toxicity. It is widely used in medical, animal husbandry, food and other fields. Artemisiae argyi Folium contain volatile oil, flavonoids, triterpenoids, polysaccharides, phenylpropanoid and other active ingredients, which has antibacterial, anti-viral, hemostatic, anticoagulant, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory,cholagogic and other biological activities. Artemisiae argyi Folium has been widely used in the breeding and disease prevention of pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, fish and other animals. The paper reviews the active ingredients,efficacy and application of Artemisiae argyi Folium in animal breeding, to provide reference for its application and promotion in animal breeding.
