农村医学教育管理体制改革探讨和实现路径——基于澳大利亚“农村健康人才多学科培训项目”分析

摘要 20世纪90年代,澳大利亚联邦政府为促进农村和边远地区健康事业的发展,以大学和地方政府为主体,逐步建立系列具有倾斜性支持的“大学农村卫生系”和“农村临床医生学校”项目,不仅直接增加了报考医学专业的农村学生数量和实习机会,还有效地促进了卫生事业人才的储备和培养。对当前中国的启示在于激活农村地区自身力量,推动教学改革与医学生培养体制改革。 Since the 1990s,with colleges and universities and local governments as the main body,the Australian federal government has gradually established a series of“College Rural Health Department”and“Rural Clinician School”projects with preferential support,to effectively promote the development of health care in rural and remote areas.The project has not only directly increased the number of rural students applying for medical majors and internship opportunities,but also effectively promoted the reserve and training of health professionals.The enlightenment to China at present lies in activating the self-strength of rural areas and promoting the reform of teaching and medical student training system.
