现代化教学改革创新与实践及质量评价体系——以“食品分子生物学”课程为例

Innovation,Practice and Quality Evaluation System of Modernized Teaching Reform:Taking the Course of Food Molecular Biology as an Example

食品分子生物学是在食品科学发展过程中诞生的一门知识面覆盖广、实验性极强的新兴学科,仅靠课堂教学和实验课程难以使学生获得从事食品分子生物行业的专业技能。立足“食品分子生物学”课程教学现状,结合学科特点,开展以智慧教育课堂为平台、经典问题与成果为导向、科创项目与企业为依托的现代化教学改革创新与实践探索,并构建理论与实践教学质量评价体系,以期培养高质量人才,为提升“食品分子生物学”课程的教学质量提供参考。

Food Molecular Biology is an emerging subject with a wide range of knowledge and high experiment born in the development of food science.It is difficult for students to acquire professional skills in the industry of food molecular biology only by classroom teaching and experimental courses.Based on the current teaching status of Food Molecular Biology and combining with the characteristics of the discipline,the modern teaching reform,innovation and practical exploration are carried out based on smart education classroom-platform,classic problems and results-oriented,scientific and technological innovation projects and enterprises-supported.In addition,the evaluation system of theoretical and practical teaching quality has been constructed.This paper may provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Food Molecular Biology course.
