创新创业教育嵌入行业特色型大学“金课”建设——以“财务管理学”为例

Construction of Golden Course of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into in Industry-featured Colleges and Universities:Taking Financial Management as an Example

行业特色型大学“财务管理学”课程面临不够契合高质量发展需求、不能驱动学生全面发展、考核不能反映学生能力等挑战,“创新创业教育嵌入专业课程教学”的建设模式有利于实现“财务管理学”两性一度,嵌入具体模式有知识点嵌入、仿真嵌入、校内跨专业联合嵌入和社会化项目嵌入四种,要强化以学生为中心的财务管理教学文化,建设高层次的财务管理金师队伍,优化财务管理教学方法和教学资源,推行全面的财务管理考核评价,为“财务管理学”课程建设提供保障。

The course of Financial Management in industry-featured colleges and universities is facing challenges such as not meeting the needs of high-quality development,not driving the overall development of students,and not reflecting the ability of students in the assessment.The construction mode of“innovation and entrepreneurship education embedded in professional curriculum teaching”is conducive to achieving the gender equality of Financial Management.The specific embedding modes include knowledge point embedding,simulation embedding,inter-professional joint embedding and socialization project embedding.We should strengthen the student-centered teaching culture of Financial Management,build a high-level team of instructors,optimize the teaching methods and resources of Financial Management,implement comprehensive assessment and evaluation,and provide guarantee for the construction of Financial Management.
