技工院校“五位一体”心理育人体系构建研究

近年来,党和国家对技工教育十分重视,技工院校规模进入了快速扩张期。随着技工院校学生骤增,学生的各种心理问题越来越突出,探索新时期技工院校心理育人体系显得尤为重要。立足当前技工院校实际,面对新时代技工学生存在的心理问题,积极构建组织、服务、管控、互助、预防“五位一体”的心理育人体系,形成多方合力开展心理育人的新局面,能够有效解决学生心理问题,提升技工院校心理育人工作效果,推进技工院校的立德树人工作。

In recent years,the Party and the state have paid more and more attention to technical education,and the scale of technical colleges and universities has also entered a period of rapid expansion.With the increase of technical college students,various psychological problems of students have become more and more prominent.It is particularly important to explore the psychological education in technical colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the actual situation of the current technical colleges and facing the psychological problems of the technical students in the new era,we actively build a“five-in-one”psychological education system of organization,service,control,mutual assistance and prevention,and form a new situation of psychological education in which multiple parties work together to effectively solve the psychological problems of students,improve the psychological education effect of technical colleges and promote the moral education work of technical colleges and universities.
