摘要
为了增强制造业的核心竞争力和实现可持续发展,对制造业增加研发投入非常有必要。以国内496家制造业上市公司为研究对象,将研发投入用研发支出、研发人员比例、学历水平三个变量表示,研究样本公司研发投入与企业绩效的相关性,来揭示企业研发投入对企业绩效的影响作用。研究结果表明,我国制造业上市公司的研发支出与企业绩效呈显著性的正相关关系,研发人员比例与企业绩效成反比,学历水平也与企业绩效显著正相关。并且通过实证研究证明了研发支出对企业绩效的影响存在着滞后性。
In order to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry and achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to increase R&D investment in manufacturing industry.Taking 496 listed manufacturing companies in China as the research object,the research and development investment is represented by three variables:R&D expenditure,proportion of R&D personnel and educational level.The correlation between R&D investment and enterprise performance of sample companies is studied to reveal the impact of enterprise R&D investment on enterprise performance.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between R&D expenditure and enterprise performance.The proportion of R&D personnel is inversely proportional to enterprise performance;educational level is also positively correlated with business performance.It is proved that there is a lag between R&D expenditure and enterprise performance.
