生态系统理论视角下流动老年人口心理健康状况的研究

A study on the mental health status of floating elderly population from the perspective of ecosystem theory

基于城镇化、老龄化进程加快和家庭结构小型化、微型化等社会背景,流动老年人口数量逐渐增加。生活方式、价值观念、社交网络等的变化需要他们快速适应,这也致使他们在心理健康层面出现了一种普遍性的困境。文章基于生态系统理论视角剖析老年群体在流动过程中心理健康的影响因素,探究各个层级之间的影响机制,从宏观、中观、外层系统三个维度构建支持系统,帮助流动老年群体适应流入地的社会环境,改善心理健康状况。

Based on the social background of accelerated urbanization and aging process and miniaturization and miniaturization of family structure,the number of floating elderly population has gradually increased.Changes in lifestyle,values,social networks,etc.require them to adapt quickly,which also leads to a universal dilemma in their mental health.From the perspective of ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the mental health of the elderly in the process of mobility,explores the influence mechanism between different levels,and constructs a support system from the macro,middle and outer dimensions to help the mobile elderly adapt to the social environment in the inflow place and improve their mental health.
