江苏省生态环境治理现状研究

Research on the status quo of ecological environment governance in Jiangsu province

绿色发展是推进生态文明建设的必然选择。然而,日益凸显的环境问题给中国的绿色发展带来了极大的挑战。环境的外部性决定了环境治理只有在政府的引导和监督下,充分发挥市场的调节作用,才能达到最优状态。因此,改善政府生态环境治理绩效是推动绿色发展的重要路径。通过分析江苏省生态环境治理现状,总结和归纳江苏省生态环境治理存在的问题,最后有针对性地提出了完善对策,以提高江苏省生态环境治理水平,推进绿色低碳发展。

Green development is an inevitable choice to promote the construction of ecological civilization.However,The increasingly prominent environmental problems have brought great challenges to China’s green development.Because of the external characteristics of the environment,environmental governance can only achieve the optimal state by fully playing the regulating role of the market under the guidance and supervision of the government.Therefore,improving the government’s ecological environment governance performance is an important path to promote green development.In order to improve the ecological environment management level of Jiangsu province,and then promote the green and low-carbon development,this paper analyzes the current situation of ecological environment governance in Jiangsu province,then summarizes and generalizes the problems existed in Jiangsu province’s ecological environment governance,and finally puts forward perfect countermeasures.
