In recent years,as the COVID-19 epidemic continues to sweep across the world,it has had a serious impact on the economy.Many enterprises have suffered from a series of problems,such as reduced revenue and profitability.Under the background of many uncertain factors of income,cost control of enterprises is the key measure to increase profits.However,from the current situation of cost control of enterprises in China,many enterprises have weak awareness of cost control,imperfect systems and serious waste of cost resources.In combination with the digital transformation of enterprise financial management,financial sharing can be achieved through technical support,providing more information for enterprise development,building long-term competitiveness for enterprises facing the future,and maximizing economic benefits.This paper focuses on the problems in enterprise cost control and the impact of financial sharing on enterprise cost control,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for enterprise cost control under the financial sharing mode.
