新文科背景下艺术设计特色型人才培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategy of Art and Design Characteristic Talents Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

随着社会的不断发展,各行业对于艺术设计人员的需求不断提升。新文科背景下艺术设计特色型人才的培养标准在不断提高,对于各高校的教学质量也提出了更高的要求。现阶段高校艺术设计专业教学和人才培养都存在一些问题,艺术设计特色型人才的数量和质量达不到社会的需求。基于此,本文在阐述新文科内涵的基础上,结合艺术设计特色型人才培养中存在的问题,探索人才培养的路径和措施,为提升艺术设计教学质量、加强艺术设计特色型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。

With the continuous development of society,the demand for art and designers in various industries is constantly increasing.Under the background of new liberal arts,the training standard of art and design characteristic talents is constantly improving,and higher requirements are put forward for the teaching quality of colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the teaching and talent training of art and design majors in colleges and universities,and the quantity and quality of art and design characteristic talents cannot meet the needs of the society.Based on this,on the basis of explaining the connotation of new liberal arts,combined with the problems existing in the training of characteristic talents of art design,this paper explores the path and measures of talent training,so as to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of art design and strengthening the training of characteristic talents of art design.
