摘要
为掌握煤粉颗粒在立式旋风筒中的燃烧特性及冷热态流场分布特性,选用某670 t/h液态排渣旋风炉配备的立式旋风筒作为研究对象,使用Fluent仿真软件对无烟煤在旋风筒内的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟,直观地了解了煤粉颗粒在旋风筒内燃烧过程的运动轨迹、速度场、温度场及气体组分等分布情况,掌握了煤粉颗粒在旋风筒内的燃烧过程和规律。
In order to master the combustion characteristics and cold and hot flow field distribution characteristics of pulverized coal particles in the vertical cyclone, the vertical cyclone equipped with a 670t/h liquid slag removal cyclone furnace is selected as the research object, and the combustion process of anthracite in the cyclone is numerically simulated by using fluent simulation software, so as to intuitively understand the motion track, velocity field and The distribution of temperature field and gas components, and master the combustion process and law of pulverized coal particles in the cyclone.
