摘要
现场动平衡是处理非稳态振动发电机转子振动问题的重要手段。从发电机转子存在热不平衡的原因入手,归纳了其特征及诊断方法。明确了空载、低负荷、高负荷全工况平衡的必要性,及由于联轴器平衡引起低压转子振动大,同时考虑低压转子平衡的方案。可同时将多个工况的振动值视为一个整体,综合考虑求解,达到最优平衡效果,达到减少平衡次数的效果。结合实例论述了全工况动平衡的计算方式。
On-site dynamic balance is a important method to solve the unsteady vibration generator rotor. This research starts with the reasons for the thermal unbalance of the generator rotor, and summarizes its characteristics and diagnostic methods. All working conditions of no-load, low-load, and high-load need to be balanced. Due to the balancing on coupling, the low-pressure rotor vibrates may increase. So low-pressure rotor balance scheme is also need to considered.Take the multiple working conditions as a whole, comprehensively consider the solution to achieve the optimal balance effect, and reduce the balancing frequency. The calculation method of the thermal compensation balance under all working conditions is discussed with an example.
