中兽药与抗菌药治疗仔猪腹泻效果Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the effect of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and antibacterial drugs on piglet diarrhea

对中兽药与抗菌药治疗仔猪腹泻的实际疗效数据进行统计分析,判断中兽药治疗仔猪腹泻的应用前景。通过计算机检索2011年1月1日至2022年5月31日期间发表于中国知网、维普资讯、万方数据、Pubmed、Web of Science等数据库的相关文献,对近11年来研究中兽药复方/单味中兽药与抗菌药治疗仔猪腹泻疗效比较的随机对照试验进行筛选、分类、特征提取和数据归纳,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta数据分析。结果表明,各数据库中共检索到296篇文献,其中13篇文献纳入本研究,共获得88条有效研究数据,实验猪的总头数为820头。Meta分析计算合并二分类变量的比值比(OR)以及95%的置信区间(95%CI)得出以下结果:与抗菌药比较,中兽药能够提高腹泻仔猪的治愈率[OR=3.34,95%CI(2.13,5.23),P<0.000 01];同时能降低腹泻仔猪的死亡率[OR=0.16,95%CI(0.07,0.34),P<0.000 01]。结果提示,适宜的中兽药复方或单味中兽药治疗仔猪腹泻的总体临床效果优于抗菌药,且安全性更好。

The aim of this study was to statistically analyze the actual efficacy data of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and antibacterial drugs in the treatment of piglet diarrhea and determine the application prospect of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine in the treatment of piglet diarrhea disease. The relevant literatures published in CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang database, Pubmed and Web of Science databases from Jan 1, 2011 to May 31, 2022 were searched by computer. A randomized controlled trial of Chinese herbal compound or single Chinese veterinary medicine compared with antibacterial drugs in the treatment of piglet diarrhea in the past eleven years was screened, classified, feature extraction and data induction, and RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis. The results showed that 296 articles were retrieved from each database, of which 13 articles were included in this study, and a total of 88 valid study data were obtained, with a total number of 820 experimental pigs. Meta-analysis calculated the odds ratio(OR) combined with binary variables as well as 95% confidence interval(95% CI) with the following results: Compared with antibacterial drugs, Chinese veterinary medicine could improve the cure rate of diarrheal piglets [OR = 3.34, 95% CI(2.13, 5.23), P<0.000 01] and reduce the mortality rate of diarrheal piglets [OR=0.16, 95% CI(0.07, 0.34), P<0.000 01].The results suggest that the overall clinical effect of appropriate Chinese veterinary medicine compound or single Chinese veterinary medicine in the treatment of piglet diarrhea is better than that of antibiotics, and the safety is better, which can be used as a clinical treatment of piglet diarrhea.
