摘要
试验旨在评价黄芪多糖和丁酸梭菌对白羽王鸽乳鸽生产性能与免疫功能的影响。随机选取720日龄、健康、体质量相近的种鸽320对及同日出孵、体质量接近的乳鸽640只,采用“2+2”生产模式。将种鸽与乳鸽随机分成4组(即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组),每组4个重复,每个重复20对种鸽和40只乳鸽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%黄芪多糖、0.5%丁酸梭菌、0.1%黄芪多糖+0.5%丁酸梭菌复合制剂。预饲期7 d,试验期21 d。试验开始、结束后,称取乳鸽体质量、剩余料量、各免疫器官质量,计算平均日增重、料重比及免疫器官发育指数;采用HA-HI试验、ELISA试验检测28日龄乳鸽血清新城疫抗体滴度和免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)水平。结果显示,与对照组比较,试验Ⅲ组乳鸽体质量、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、IgA水平显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组乳鸽平均日增重、胸腺指数、新城疫抗体滴度显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组乳鸽血清IgM水平显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明,在日粮中添加适量的黄芪多糖和丁酸梭菌可显著提高乳鸽生产性能和免疫功能,且复合制剂添加效果优于单独添加。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Clostridium butyricum(CB) and Astragalus polysaccharides(APS) on the growth performance and immune function of squabs in white king pigeon, to provide technical support for the further application of synbiotic preparation instead of antibiotics in pigeon breeding industry. 320 pairs 720-day-old healthy breeding pigeons with similar weight and 640 squabs with similar weight hatched on the same day were selected and adopted “2+2” production model. Those breeding pigeons and squabs were randomly divided into 4 groups(the control group, group Ⅰ, groupⅡ and group Ⅲ), with 4 replicates in each group, 20 pairs of breeding pigeons and 40 squabs per replicate. Control group were fed with basal diet, and groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.1% APS, 0.5% CB, 0.1% APS+0.5% CB, respectively for 28 days. At the beginning and the end of the test, the weight, remaining materials and each immune organ in squabs were tested, then average daily gain(ADG), feed conversion ratio and the immune organ development index were calculated;the level of newcastle disease antibody and immunoglobulins in serum were tested by HA-HI and ELISA test, respectively. The results showed that the weight, spleen index and bursa of fabricius index and the level of IgA in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the ADG, thymus index and serum antibody titer against Newcastle disease in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the level of IgM in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). In conclusion, feeding pigeons with the basal diet supplemented with appropriate amount of APS and CB can significantly improve the growth performance and immune function of squabs, and the effect of compound preparation is better than that of single addition.
