高校促进大学生基层就业现状及对策研究——基于天津市39所高校2021年《毕业生就业质量年度报告》

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Universities Students’Employment Promotion at Grassroots Level——Based on the 2021 Annual Report on Graduate Employment Quality of 39 Universities in Tianjin

高校毕业生基层就业不仅能够有效缓解就业压力,还能为全面推进乡村振兴提供有力人才支撑。基于天津市39所高校2021年《毕业生就业质量年度报告》,分析目前高校在促进大学生基层就业方面的具体举措及存在问题,在此基础上提出完善基层就业工作的对策建议,具体包括:突出思想价值引领,促进基层就业教育与思政教育深度融合;注重榜样文化建设,创新基层就业宣传形式与内容;提升就业服务质量,构建基层就业的全链条服务体系;丰富社会实践活动,提升大学生基层就业胜任力;用好用足国家政策,创新基层就业激励保障机制。

Grassroots employment of university graduates can not only effectively relieve the employment pressure,but also provide strong talent support for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.Based on the 2021 Annual Report on Graduate Employment Quality of 39 universities in Tianjin,this paper analyzes the specific measures and problems in promoting the employment of graduates at the grassroots level.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,it includes:Highlighting the guidance of ideological value,promoting the deep integration of grassroots employment education and ideological and political education;Pay attention to the construction of example culture,innovate the form and content of grassroots employment publicity;Improve the quality of employment services,build the whole chain service system;Enrich social practice activities to enhance students’competency in grassroots employment;Make full use of national policies,innovate the incentive and guarantee mechanisms for grassroots employment.
