新形势下高校毕业生就业指导工作探析——以北京科技大学为例

Analysis on the Employment Guidance for College Graduates under the New Situation——Take a School of University of Science and Technology Beijing as an Example

2022年,我国高校毕业生首次突破1000万大关。在新形势下,毕业生面临着就业岗位数量相对不足、就业竞争更加激烈、平均薪酬低于预期、就业难度有所增加等问题。本文旨在研究新形势下如何有效开展高校毕业生就业指导工作,从学科建设、人才培养、生涯教育、指导服务等方面强化就业指导,通过国家、学校和家庭协同引导毕业生树立合理的就业观,不断完善就业质量评价体系,促进高校毕业生更高质量就业。

In 2022,China’s college graduates exceeded 10 million mark for the first time.Under the new situation,graduates are faced with problems such as relatively insufficient jobs,more fierce employment competition,lower than expected average salary,and increased difficulty of employment.This paper aims to study how to effectively carry out the employment guidance of college graduates under the new situation from the following aspects:optimizing the employment environment in terms of discipline construction,talent cultivation,career education and guidance services,guiding students to establish reasonable employment concepts through the collaboration of government,schools and families,and improving employment quality evaluation system to help college graduates find higher quality employment.
