摘要
采用四球摩擦磨损试验机分别测定了亚磷酸二正丁脂(T304)、硫代磷酸复脂胺盐(T307)、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐(T308)和硫化异丁烯(T321)在矿物油、聚醚和聚α-烯烃等不同基础油中的摩擦磨损性能,结果发现:随着添加剂添加量的增加,油品的抗烧结能力提高,油膜稳定性和抗磨性能先增加后降低;矿物油、合成油对不同极压抗磨剂的感受性不同。
The friction and wear properties of dibutylphosphite(T304),ammonium thiophsphonate(T307),isooctyl acid phosphate octadecylamine salt(T308)and sulfurized isobutylene(T321)in different base oils(e.g.mineral oil,polyether and poly-α-olefin)were measured using the four-ball friction/wear tester.The results show that,with the increase of the additive dosage,the sintering resistance of the base oil increases,the oil film stability and anti-wear ability increase and then decrease,and the sensibilities of mineral oil and synthetic oil to different extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives are different.
