摘要
文章探究了一种使用卡尔费休库仑滴定法测定含硫齿轮油中水含量的新实验条件。一直以来对于使用卡尔费休法测定水含量为10~200 mg/kg,且硫化合物含量(以硫计)大于500 mg/kg的样品时,测定结果会显著地受到这些含硫化合物的影响。而相较于蒸馏法,卡尔费休法具有样品量少、分析速度快、灵敏度高等诸多优点。故而该文对卡尔费休法测定含硫油样适宜实验条件的探究,成功解决了一直以来的难题,对缩短检测时间,提高数据精确度具有重要的现实意义。
This paper explores a new experimental condition for determination of water content in sulfur-containing gear oil by coulometric Karl Fischer titration.The determination of samples,with a water content of 10~200 mg/kg and a water content of sulfur compounds over 500 mg/kg,has always been affected by these sulfur compounds.Compared with the distillation method,the coulometric Karl Fischer titration has a lot of advantages,such as a small amount of samples,rapid analysis,and high sensitivity.Therefore,the exploration of an optimum experimental condition for determination of water content in sulfur-containing lubricating oil by coulometric Karl Fischer titration in this paper successfully solved a long-standing problem,and it has practical significance for shortening the testing time and improving the data accuracy.
