纯电动汽车减速箱用油标准研究及解读

Study and Interpretation of the Industry Standard Lubricant Oil for Electric Vehicle Reducer

对NB/SH/T 6042-2021《纯电动汽车减速箱用油》行业标准的研究思路及成果进行了介绍。对电动汽车行业发展中作为技术主流的水冷电机减速箱及油冷电机减速箱两种驱动系统,进行基于硬件的润滑需求分析,并确定行业共性需求,在此基础上确定了减速箱油性能要求、测试方法、技术指标等,并对相关性能与硬件的关联影响进行了解读。

The roadmap and achievements of the study on the industry standard Lubricant Oil for Electric Vehicle Reducer(NB/SH/T 6042-2021)were introduced in this paper.For two popular types of electric vehicle reducers,i.e.water-cooled motor reducer and oil-cooled motor reducer,the hardware-based lubricating needs were analyzed,and the common needs were determined.On this basis,the performance requirements,test methods and technical indicators of the reducer oil were determined,and the correlated impacts on relevant performance and hardware were interpreted.
